Breast Oncology Advanced Practice Provider

Join the Comprehensive Breast Oncology Program and provide expert outpatient care to patients throughout every stage of their cancer journey—from diagnosis through survivorship. Working alongside medical oncologists, surgeons, radiation oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, and support staff, you'll deliver personalized, evidence-based care within a collaborative multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include patient assessment, treatment and symptom management, patient education, care coordination, participation in multidisciplinary tumor boards, and opportunities to engage in research, quality improvement, and academic teaching.

Position Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Current national certification as an NP or PA.
• Eligible for New Hampshire APRN/PA licensure and DEA registration.
• Current BLS certification.
• Oncology experience preferred; candidates with strong oncology nursing experience are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and collaborative practice skills.

Thoracic Oncology Advanced Practice Provider

Become part of the Comprehensive Thoracic Oncology Program, caring for patients with lung, esophageal, and other thoracic malignancies. In this specialized role, you'll partner with thoracic medical oncologists, surgeons, pulmonologists, radiation oncologists, and supportive care specialists to develop individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities include evaluating and managing patients throughout the continuum of care, monitoring treatment response and toxicities, coordinating multidisciplinary care, participating in tumor boards, and contributing to research and program development.

Position Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Current national certification as an NP or PA.
• Eligible for New Hampshire APRN/PA licensure and DEA registration.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience in oncology, thoracic oncology, pulmonary medicine, or acute care preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary oncology team.

Hematology/Oncology Advanced Practice Provider

Practice in a collaborative hematology/oncology setting caring for patients with both hematologic disorders and solid tumor malignancies. This role offers the opportunity to build long-term relationships with patients from diagnosis through treatment, survivorship, and supportive care. Responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessments, treatment planning, symptom management, patient education, care coordination, participation in multidisciplinary conferences, and involvement in research, quality improvement, and education initiatives.

Position Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Current national certification as an NP or PA.
• Eligible for New Hampshire APRN/PA licensure and DEA registration.
• Current BLS certification.
• Oncology experience preferred; new graduates with significant oncology nursing experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and clinical decision-making skills.
