Highlights
Fulltime academic surgical cornea position
Primarily outpatient clinical and surgical practice
Weekday schedule with shared call
Full spectrum cornea procedures and complex surgery
Strong support: ophthalmic techs, orthoptists, admin staff, research coordinators
Significant involvement in resident, fellow, and medical student education
Four residents per year
Approved fellowships in Cornea, Retina-Vitreous, Glaucoma, and Pediatrics
Opportunities for clinical research and industrysponsored trials

Requirements
MD, DO or MD-DO/PhD
Board certified or board eligible in ophthalmology
Completion of fellowship training in medical and surgical cornea
North Carolina unrestricted medical licensure or eligible
