The Intelligent Automation (IA) team at Huron is dedicated to driving innovative automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency and deliver exceptional business value. Our team collaborates across departments to identify opportunities for automation, streamline processes, and implement scalable solutions using leading-edge technologies. With a focus on delivering high-quality, sustainable automation outcomes, we ensure alignment with our clients' strategic goals.
The IA team operates across the N. America and India, fostering a global collaboration model that brings together diverse expertise. Our India-based Intelligent Automation team plays a pivotal role in delivering automation projects, offering specialized technical skills, process knowledge, and continuous innovation. As we continue to expand, we are excited to grow our talented team in India, contributing to Huron's commitment to delivering impactful digital transformation solutions.
Requirements
- Experience: 8-10 years in process automation, digital transformation, and consulting.
- Leadership: Strong mix of leadership skills, technical expertise, and strategic vision.
- Client Engagement: Develop and present automation roadmaps, POCs, and ROI analyses.
- Solution Design: Define scalable RPA architectures and ensure seamless IT integration.
- Project Management: Oversee the entire RPA project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of RPA developers, fostering best practices and innovation.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to security standards, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Optimization: Continuously optimize automation solutions and implement post-deployment enhancements.
- Technical Skills: UiPath Advanced RPA Developer certification, proficiency in Python, SQL, .NET, Java, or VBA.
- Cloud & API: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and API integrations.

- Proficiency in MS Office tools for documentation and reporting.
