Our India-based Intelligent Automation team plays a pivotal role in delivering automation projects, offering specialized technical skills, process knowledge, and continuous innovation. Requirements

• Experience: 8-10 years in process automation, digital transformation, and consulting.
• Leadership: Strong mix of leadership skills, technical expertise, and strategic vision.
• Client Engagement: Develop and present automation roadmaps, POCs, and ROI analyses.
• Solution Design: Define scalable RPA architectures and ensure seamless IT integration.
• Project Management: Oversee the entire RPA project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
• Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of RPA developers, fostering best practices and innovation.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to security standards, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Optimization: Continuously optimize automation solutions and implement post-deployment enhancements.
• Technical Skills: UiPath Advanced RPA Developer certification, proficiency in Python, SQL, .NET, Java, or VBA.
• Cloud & API: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and API integrations.
