Southland Arthritis is the largest Private Practice Rheumatology group in Southern California with 12 providers and 6 offices throughout Southern California.

The practice is growing and we are looking to fill multiple full-time or part-time Rheumatology positions at our Temecula, Corona and Riverside Offices.

We offer a competitive benefits package which includes a 401K with a 4% employer match, PPO health insurance, Malpractice, CME allowance, and paid time off. 

The Annual compensation guarantee for a full-time, 5 day per week Rheumatologist is $350,000 and is proportionally prorated for part-time. We offer multiple bonus opportunities including productivity, on-call (100% outpatient), mid-level supervising, chronic care management, remote therapeutic monitoring, clinical trial bonuses and a share of the year end bonus pool.

Realestate investment opportunities are available for Partners and earning potential for partners is between $500,000 and $1,000,000+.

We require our physicians to live within a 20 mile radius of a Southland Arthritis office. Clinic starts at 8am and the last scheduled patient is at 3:45pm. 4pm to 5pm is blocked daily for administrative time. 

We are 100% Rheumatology-focused and have a streamlined workflow. We use an AI scribe for documentation and your Medical Assistant will prep your charts, set-up and assist with injections, submit prior authorizations and electronically send your lab, imaging orders and prescriptions so you have more time to spend with patients!
