Envision Physician Services has an immediate need for a CRNA to join the established Anesthesia Care Team at the TLC Outpatient Surgery and Laser Center in Lady Lake, Florida. While ideally seeking full-time candidates, CRNAs interested in working part-time or per diem may also be considered. This state-of-the-art, dynamic practice offers the highest of quality patient care and a great work environment. TLC is proudly accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Healthcare.

Highlights of the opportunity include:

• Up to $75K Start Date Bonus
• Up to $227K annually
• Collaborative Team Model of 1 Anesthesiologist and 3 Anesthetists with 3 ORs
• Cases are primarily "Bread & Butter" Orthopedic, with Ophthalmology, Pain Management, Podiatry, and Urology. No GI
• Great schedule of 5, 8s with approx. 8 weeks paid time off
• Flex scheduling with both FT and PT options
