Job DescriptionNow Hiring: Clinical Research Coordinators I and II
Looking to break into clinical research and make a real impact in healthcare?
As a CRC you will support and perform clinical research activities under the guidance of senior coordinators. You’ll have the opportunity to independently manage lower-complexity studies while contributing to high-enrolling trials.
Full‑time | W2 | M-F 9am-5pm | On site, DeSoto TX
We have openings as CRC I and II
What we’re looking for:
• Interest in healthcare, science, or research (Psychiatric and neurological trials)
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 6 months or 1+ year of clinical research, complex clinical trials experience (industry-sponsored trials preferred)
• Comfortable in a patient-facing and IPU environment
• Willingness to perform phlebotomy and clinical procedures as trained.
What you’ll do:
• Support clinical trial operations at the site level (Psychiatric and neurological trials)
• Work directly with patients during study visits
• Coordinate low- to moderate-complexity clinical trials (scheduling, visits, daily operations)
• Support high-enrolling screening trials as a secondary coordinator
• Conduct patient visits per protocol (e.g., vitals, ECGs, phlebotomy, specimen processing)
• Maintain accurate study documentation in compliance with ALCOA+ standards
• Assist with investigational product (IP) handling and accountability
• Communicate with participants to ensure engagement and compliance
• Support sponsor communication, monitoring visits, and audit readiness
• Assist with data entry, query resolution, and study tracking metrics
