Job DescriptionClinical Research Assistant (Full-Time/Contractual C1)
**This is a FULL-TIME, CONTRACTUAL/C1 position**
The School of Medicine - Department of Pathology - Research has an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Research Assistant.

PRIMARY DUTIES
- Assist with data collection by reviewing medical charts, and accessing computerized medical information systems.
- Assist with organization of paper medical records and surveys for database transition.
- Assists in developing, submitting, and providing content for grants, papers, abstracts, manuscripts, and presentations.
- Assist with performing administrative duties.
- May assist the PI and other research staff in the development of research protocols and materials.
Qualifications:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor's degree in a scientific field of study related to the research of the clinical setting.
Experience: May consider a combination of directly related experience and education.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Knowledge of position requirements.
- Knowledge of all applicable requirements, regulations, and laws.
- Skill in the effective use of applicable technology/systems.
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbal and written thoughts, ideas, and facts.
- Ability to work cooperatively with others and independently.
