Anesthesiology Associates of Tallahassee (AAoT) is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Anesthesiologist to join our growing team in Tallahassee, Florida. AAoT is a well-established, clinician-led group that provides comprehensive anesthesia services at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital, HCA Florida Capital Hospital, and several ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) in the community. • Top Compensation in the State - Eligible for profit sharing after 18 months for significant compensation increase
• $100k Start Date Bonus + Relocation Bonus
• Anesthesia Care team is comprised of 34 Physicians and 99 Anesthetists
• Cases include General Surgery, Trauma, OB, Orthopedics, Hearts, Endo, Pediatrics, Neurology
• Physician must be cardiac proficient/capable - TEE certification not required, but should be willing to do cardiac w/echo
• In house call 2-3x/month with post call day off
• 11 weeks PTO
• Benefit eligible on start date, no waiting period
